    Pork chop with mustard

    Recipe ingredients

    4 pork chops of 200gr. 1 tbsp. mustard 1 lemon (its juice) 4 tbsp. flour 1 flitz. White Wine 3 tbsp. olive oil for the pan 1 tbsp. oregano salt pepper

    Recipe process

    Season with salt and pepper and pass the oregano over the steaks. Bread the steaks with the flour. In a non-stick pan, after the oil is well heated, add the steaks. Fry each side for 5-7 minutes, depending on our preference. Remove the steaks from the pan and what we keep warm, wrapping them with foil. Empty the many fats from the pan and add the mustard, lemon and wine. Mix well to homogenize the ingredients. Serve the steaks and pour over the sauce.
